State of alarm notice

In view of the evolution of the de-escalation phases for the progressive recovery of normal activity after the containment of the epidemic by COVID-19, which imply extension of opening hours and authorisation for the opening of establishments and services to the public, and without prejudice to the validity of the declaration of a state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by the epidemic, approved by Royal Decree 463/2020, of 14 March, since 19 May the office has resumed the activity of on-site attention in our offices, subject to the following organisational and safety conditions:

1. During the month of May the attention to clients will take place only in schedule of 10.00 h. the 14.00 h. From June onwards, and provided that the health crisis control indices evolve favourably, the opening hours will be extended to the afternoon, between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
2. Consultations and interviews will only be attended by appointment, and customers must be provided with a protective mask at all times, make use of the hydroalcoholic gel dispensers that will be at their disposal and follow the indications that in each case proceed in order to the protection and safety of all.
3.  Without prejudice to the attention in our offices, the office continues to provide its services normally through the usual systems of telecommunications, with permanent contact through our phone numbers, the address despacho@trepatavogados.com and the contact form on this website.

We inform you that, until June 4, 2020, the suspension (agreed in the second and third additional provisions of RD 3692/2020) of the procedural and administrative terms and deadlines, the limitation and expiration periods of any actions and rights and the suspension of the hearings and judicial acts that were scheduled will continue to be in force.
